Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
 

We accept returns and exchanges:

• Contact me within 14 days of delivery

• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

We do NOT accept returns on custom or sale items.

We do NOT accept returns on digital download products.

Product MUST be returned unused and in its original condition in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You will be 100% credited for the purchase or you can exchange for a product of equal value.

If you want to start a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Email me here: artbyleniegrace@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 

2. Repackage your item as best you can in the original packaging. Be sure to include a packing slip if one was included in your order. 

3. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS).

4. Your refund will be sent to you as soon as the product is received and inspected. Art by Lenie Grace is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
