Lenie Grace has had the unique experience to get up close and personal with nature and wildlife.  Through her husband, an avid fly fisherman and professional guide she learned about the different species of fish and the environments they inhabit.  She started to follow his passion in angling and quickly fell in love with the pristine remote locales and the beautiful wildlife of the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park. Drawing inspiration from early morning sunrises crossing Florida Bay or silently poling in gin clear water across seagrass flats or working along lush mangrove coastlines abundant with wildlife.  She's experienced firsthand an up close and personal connection to the beauty of wildlife that few artists can hope to achieve.  She has learned and experienced these connections on an intimate level and developed a deep understanding of their behaviors and habitats.  From Rosetta Spoonbills, Herons and Bald Eagles to gamefish such as Tarpon, Bonefish, Snook and Redfish.  These experiences have fueled her desire to bring her paintings to life in a vibrant and wonderful way, capturing and emphasizing natural beauty.
